Pat picked me up about 6:30 and we headed to an area where Pat had seen some morning mist on her way to get me. On the way, we stopped so I could catch an image of some Sandhill Cranes in low, predawn light. The rest of the photos were all taken within 30 minutes and from within 100 feet or so of each other. Catching the golden hour requires both getting up early and some luck. We were fortunate to catch this sunrise and some later pictures that I will share at another time.
This is what sunrise looked like this morning from one spot on Teft Road.

These are great, Julie. What a morning!
Golden glow wins for me, it has a unreal nature with the fog
