The story often gets better – and perhaps a little embellished – in the retelling. Our reflections on the event are often “better” than the real thing. Occasionally the reflections of an object in water, mirror, or shiny surface are as good as or even better than the real thing. In the first two images the reflections enhance the image. In the last two photos the reflection is the image. The last shot has an impressionist quality caused by the rustling leaves and the gently moving river where the camera was aimed. As always, I welcome your thoughts, critiques, and comments.
